Chatarpaul Law
Justice . Equality . Trust– Jay Chatarpaul
The Greek philosopher, Aristotle, once said that “The only stable state is the one in which all [persons] are equal before the law.” The right to be treated equally is not just a “privilege” for a selected few. It is not a right granted by any law. It is a fundamental human right. All persons are born with the natural right to be treated fairly and equally and to speak freely regardless of race, color, creed, sex, religion, political opinion or any other status. In practice, however, discrimination and unequal treatment are rampant in all areas of society. At Chatarpaul Law, we work relentlessly for the individual, and seek to bring justice against any violation of a person’s human rights, whether its employment discrimination or civil rights.
