The plaintiff, an African American female and a grandmother of several children, alleged in her lawsuit that Country Club Services accused her of stealing money and then forced her to take off her clothing in public view to prove that she did not steal any money. After no money was found on the plaintiff, Country Club Services told the plaintiff what she endured was “not serious, and then retaliated against her by terminating her employment after she complained about discriminatory treatment.
